What do you see ?

I see God’s touch every day in every way.

—–I see teens helping older or disabled people with their packages, their doors, and their canes/walkers.

—–I see church pews filled with people who want to be better.

—–I see young mothers buying groceries, managing children, smiling at strangers.

—–I see women smashing glass ceilings.

—–I see everyday people fostering or adopting homeless dogs/cats.

—–I see my hometown listening and responding.

—–I see young adults successful in their lives, pursuing further education, the military, or jobs to support themselves.

—–I see preschools, both public and private, readying children for the rigors of educational journeys.

—–I see minorities stepping up.

—–I see love in old people that tells an awesome story.

—–I see kindness in the eyes of our law enforcement , our emergency workers , our firemen , and our healthcare professionals.

—–I see hard-working Americans doing their jobs diligently and faithfully.

—–I see schools loving and supporting students, offering a safe place.

—–I see sunshine that brings hope, rain that speaks to spirituality, and stars that are peaceful.

—–I see the  “haves” reaching out to the “have-nots”.

—–I see love and joy and peace on every street corner and around every curve.

AND THIS I BELIEVE :  more often than not we choose to see what we want to see, and therein lies the difference.
